I went to Brian because I was struggling with intrusive thoughts that I just couldn’t shift on my own. It had reached a point where it was genuinely impacting my day-to-day life, so I knew I needed to take it seriously. I didn’t know a huge amount about hypnotherapy beforehand, but Brian immediately put me at ease, the sessions felt calm, focused and surprisingly relaxing. What really stood out was how quickly I noticed a change. Even after the first session I felt a difference, and by the third the improvement in my everyday life was significant. I still plan to book the occasional session to stay on top of things, but the fact that I don’t feel dependent on it after just three sessions says a lot.
